House with garden near the beach in Santa Margarita ​

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Near Santa Margarita beach. It has two floors. Downstairs, open kitchen, living room and exit to the garden with chill out area and barbecue. Upstairs two bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony. The other with two beds. Bathroom with bathtub. Cozy and very nice house. You can walk to the beach and the leisure area of the promenade. Tax, sheets and towels not included. No pets.

For the beds, it’s a double bed in the bedroom with balcony and two single beds in the other.

We therefore stay with a rental for 4. The sofa makes a bed but we do not prefer to count it
in the rental.

The TV was installed today: French and Spanish channels + some channels German, English…

No WiFi, no washing machine. A large fan on the ceiling of the living room and 2 air conditioning, one in the living room and one in the bedroom with balcony. In the bathroom,
it’s a bathtub.

The keys have been left at the agency in the box.
